I was excited when I received these candles as a Christmas gift. I made a special trip to buy fresh batteries, but the biggest candles just won't work.
I received this gift from a friend on the other side of the country and it's not worth the postage to send them back. The remaining 2 look great, but it's not the effect that I wanted. Shame on the quality control. We should have an email address to complainn or have recourse.

These candles are very nice, beautiful! Love the flicker and the remote control. I got these just a few days ago and now I see they are gone! I am glad we got these when we did they make all the Christmas decroations look very cool! Well made, easy to set up and very nice. They were well packed and shipped very quick!

I actaully bought this item for a friend who loves it. I do hate that the extra accesories necessary, if you have a second phone or ipod, are quite expensive. $30 and up is what seems to be the average cost of just an extra clip. But, if you only have one phone to charge it is so helpful and convienient.

The iPhone 4 requires that you have a case that they provide you to stop dropped calls and the case you need to use this product wont fit with the provided case so this product is pointless. Turned into a terrible gift for an iPhone user from me.

There are several attachments to charge a device, however unless your have the particular device you do not know what product it will support. It would be nice to beaware of what products this will support. The product works great. I have a motoral droid phone. Do not know what other devices it supports however. It only came with one arm to attach an array of connections to. So unless you obtain other "arms" you can only charge one item at a time. This kind of defeats the idea of being able to charge more than one device at a time. It did not specify this in item description when I purchased this.

I purchased this phone in June 2010, shortly before the Android 2.2 update was released. I learned the hard way that this phone will never be updated past the 2.1 operating system, so it can't take advantage of most of the features and apps coming out now.

I've also had problems with performance since day one. Even after wiping the phone to factory and installing no extra apps or widgets, I continued to have trouble with it. If I'm reading an email when a call comes in, the phone will freeze and cause me to miss the call entirely. Similarly, there is a long delay between the time that I initiate a call and when it starts dialing. Sometimes it even calls someone a second time to interrupt the conversation I'm already having with them. I had no idea that was even possible.

Since making and receiving phone calls is the most important part of a PHONE, I find the Eris severely lacking. I recommend spending a little extra money and just going with one of the proper Droid models from Motorola. I carry a company Droid X during the week, and I very rarely run into a problem with it.
